Right of withdrawal and return procedure

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the Netherlands or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason, in accordance with Dutch Civil Code (Book 7, Articles 230a–230k) and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement before the end of the withdrawal period. You can do this by:

Note: Due to hygiene and health protection regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplements. This exception applies pursuant to Article 6(1)(d) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which allows the right of withdrawal to be excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please include your order reference inside the parcel.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding outbound delivery costs, where applicable) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided we have received the goods or evidence of their return by that date.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrectly sent, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at inquiry-@sholrynnvorxenor.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
